Searching for an employee

To find an Employee record you can either:

1. From the main page:

  • Enter the employee name or ID number into the 'Search' field at the top of the window.

  • Select the employee from the drop down menu.

 

OR

2. From the 'Employees & Payroll' module, click on 'Employee List'.

To browse alphabetically: 

  • Browse through the list by clicking the page arrow at the bottom of the window.
    OR
  • Browse by Last Name by clicking on the appropriate letter from the list at the top of the window.
  • Click on the number listed in the 'Id' column to view the Employee Form.

To search for an Employee by their Id Number, Name, City, Postal Code, or SIN.

  • Enter the information into the appropriate field(s) at the top of the window. 
  • Click 'Find'.
  • Click on the number listed in the 'Id' column to view the Employee Form.
